Award-winning sculptor Daniel David is selling giant stone sculptures of ecstasy pills, some commanding prices of up to £1,000.
The Norwich-based artist creates the sculptures out of white Portland stone or pink Locharbriggs sandstone, hand carving well-known brand logos like Apple, Playboy, Mitsubishi and Rolex into each massive pill.
The sculptures of ecstasy pills might be controversial to some
A spokesperson for David cleared the air on the vision behind the concept in a statement to MailOnline: “Daniel is in no way promoting the use of ecstasy. He is simply reflecting ’90s dance culture through his artwork”.
